Welcome to Wintadreama Alaskan Malamutes
Welcome to Wintadreama Alaskan Malamutes our lovable companion's in showing and working. We are Sarah and Neil and we both have a passion for one thing "our malamutes" We live in the the UK, and we have been owned by Malamutes since 2003. We are currently owned by three wonderful Malamutes Nikita, Inca and Nero, we dedicate this site to them. All our Malamutes are first and foremost part of our family therefore, they live in the house with us. We are proud to share with you our Malamutes that will continue to make an impact at wintadreama.
In 2003 we took home our first girl Nikita, and things have never been the same since. With Nikita I got involved in the world of dog showing and at our first show together she was placed 1st in minor puppy bitch class holding that first ribbon had me hooked. In 2004 our pack became bigger we got our second girl Inca and this is were Neil found his new fun love of sled dog racing with the breed. Every January we make the long trip up to Aviemore for the biggest sleddog event in Britain and now we make this our yearly holiday with the pack.
In 2007 we went to Italy to meet the amazing DEL BIAGIO kennel who are known for sound and beautiful dogs. We spent several days in the company of Giuseppe and his dogs We meet Ivan from IVRAM KENNEL with the amazing King and thus confirmed the type we were looking for. In 2009 we have added our 4th malamute, We are pleased to welcome "Oreo" to the family and look forward to showing her in 2010! wtch out for this flash little girl in a ring near you!
All our dogs have proven to be good show dogs at championship show and open show level across the UK, One of our great achievements is qualifying all our Malamutes for Crufts and we are proud to say they have all been placed at Crufts. Our Malamutes have done very well with multiple Best of breeds, Best bitch, Best dog, Best opposite sex, Reserve best in show, Best puppy in breed Reserve best puppy in show, & many Group placements, and we are very proud of gaining 2 CC tickets, CAC ticket, RCACIB & Show Certificate Of Merit title, we couldn't be more proud.
Wintadreama will only breed from PROVEN dogs, this being dogs of sound temperament, along with being excellent example of the Breed standard which have also excelled in the Show ring and in harness. All our Malamutes are Kennel Club registered and have been fully hip scored & eye tested complying with the AMCUK Code of Ethics. If we choose to breed, it's because we think we have a great match that will produce offspring that will grade high to the breed standard, we want to always be in pursuit of QUALITY not quantity this enables us to focus on each dog individually.

I must thank my partner Neil so much he really didn't know what he was letting himself into when he allowed me to own my first malamute. He has adjusted well and even enjoys working the dogs. I believe he now truly understands the attraction and devotion I have towards these magnificent breed and with out him my dreams would not have come true.
